Amber and Herb

This was a Simply Art IAC challenge, issued by Laurel Ellerton toward the end of June. These were completed between July 2-8, 2021.

Amber and Herb are redecorating their kitchen in a Mexican theme. They have a new window shade, a new apron, and they're trying out some new Mexican recipes.

Amber is taking her friends out to Herb's restaurant (he's a professional chef and owns his own restaurant) for the first time since the Pandemic started, and she wants to look her best. Design some fashionable material for her, help her make a new dress, and complete her new outfit with shoes, a bag, and other accessories.

How did the evening out with friends go? Let's sneak a look at their Facebook photos.

Amber and Herb have a new pet, and can't wait to show it off.

After Amber and her friends deleted the photos of the disastrous night out, only this blurry photo could be found on Facebook. As you can see, the girls are playing billiards by themselves at the Lucky Pig (Herb's pub) - the boys are too busy watching football to pay any attention to them.

Herb microbrews a special blend, available only at the Lucky Pig. He's named it after his darling wife, and she and her friends drank most of his supply the night everything went so wrong. Millie and Willie, their new kitten and new puppy, made them feel better when they got home, though.
