"En Plein Air" is an annual exhibition of paintings and drawings created at the Coutts Centre for Western Canadian Heritage near Nanton, Alberta. Artists from all over Southern Alberta create drawings and paintings at the Centre on Artist Days once a month in May, June, July, and August, and then contribute their best pieces to the exhibition, which takes place during the weeks just before Christmas at the Dr. Foster James Penny Building in Lethbridge. The organizations responsible for making this happen are The University of Lethbridge Faculty of Fine Arts, Alumni Association Art Gallery, and The Coutts Centre.

Special thanks go to Jon Oxley and his team for keeping the lot of us organized.
